I went grocery shopping and came across this product by Koch Foods called 'Oven Cravers.'
I have one word to say, yummy! The flavor I chose was Pepper Jack, Swiss Cheese & Bacon. It's a seasoned raw stuffed chicken breast that comes in a variety of flavors, and a great addition to your meal.
It comes 2 to a pack and could easily feed 2 people. The price is reasonable ($3.75 per pk) being that it's already prepared with ingredients. All you have to do is place it in the oven for about 40-45 mins.
This is something I would have in my freezer when I don't have time to prepare my meat for dinner. I would personally like it with a nice salad, or spinach on the side. If you want a little extra, mash potatoes would be great!
